Equestrian Social Media & Content Apprentice

Are you creative, confident and passionate about both written and visual content?
If you are an equestrian enthusiast looking to step into the world of working in social media, we have the perfect role for you. You’ll even gain a rewarding qualification at the same time.

As marketing apprentice you will play a pivotal role in generating high-quality images, videos and written content that will be used to promote various products and services across Eland Lodge’s social media channels and email marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating and Maintaining the Content Calendar: Collaborate ideas for content campaigns and events. Helping to plan and develop a content plan to ensure consistent and timely production of high-quality content across email and social media platforms for event and product promotion.
• Photography and Videography: Use initiative to come up with creative and engaging visuals to use across social media channels including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. These will need to be edited to a high standard.
 • Manage Social Media Accounts: Produce and schedule content, respond to comments and messages, help to grow and engage audience. You’ll require excellent communication skills to ensure copy and responses are compelling, well-crafted and perceived positively.
• Preparing Online Orders for Shipping: Manage incoming sales orders from the online system, picking and packing product with accuracy and care.
• Support with Incoming Queries/Administrative Duties: Answering phones and responding to emails professionally and efficiently to provide customer support, as well as other administrative tasks that may be required.
• Event Coverage: Approximately 7 days over the year will require weekend working with a day back in lieu.


Required Skills:
• Equestrian knowledge is essential
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Experience in creating content for social media
• A keen interest in photography and creating visual content
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Organization skills – able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Part Time Groundsperson

We’re looking for a flexible, reliable and hard-working Groundsperson to join our team 3 days per week with immediate start, working outdoors on our cross-country course.

Main duties will include:
-Mowing
-Strimming
-Painting
-General gardening tasks
