Sprenger specialise in the design and production of bits for horses. Now renowned for their knowledge of bits and the materials used to make them, Sprenger horse bits are used by international riders including Ingrid Klimke, Charlotte Dujardin, Carl Hester, Ruth Edge and Laura Tomlinson. Some of the materials used to create these bits are Sensogan and Aurigan which are used to create a range of bits including the KK Ultra, Dynamic RS, Novocontact, Loose ring Snaffle, Eggbutt, Pelham, Duo, Weymouth and more. Sprenger bits have been developed to sit at a unique 45 degree angle and give a true contact on the tongue. This means that clearly defined aids can be given through the reins without squeezing the tongue, allowing the horse to be happy and comfortable in the mouth to create a harmonious partnership between horse and rider.
